  I agree, the 'elders' should be as liable to prosecution as the watchtower.

  They are the ones who are administering the watchtowers' hurtful, harmful and lethal policies.

  Though personally, I would have sentences of life, meaning life... For all perpetrators and enablers of child abuse.

  Things are starting to happen...

  The law change in Victoria, Australia.

  The two ongoing inquiries/commissions in the UK.

  It looks very hopeful that the Netherlands will start taking action soon...

  Those words from the magistrate are not just empty words.

  Like the Netherlands report and the follow up call for an investigation, from a few days ago...

  And the magistrates' words echo those of the ARC.

  They are all part of the worldwide awakening of the world's governments, legal systems, media and people, to what is going on in the watchtower...

  And such awareness is being met with appropriate responses and actions...

  The wheels of justice turn slowly...

  But they have finally started to turn.

  Hello Bill,

  I can see how there could easily be something going on with their 'translation' of Leviticus 5:1

  'reporting'

  ... And how that would relate to the child abuse issues.

  The only thing that comes to mind, is, to share that with the:

  Australian Royal Commission

  &

  Charity Commission for England and Wales

  &

  IICSA ~ Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse

  They can all be contacted directly via their websites...

  The latter two, are still gathering information, so if this can assist the process...

  As for scholarly help, in being able to understand and convey this in a way that others will understand ... Winston, from the YouTube channel :

  'Watchtower Examination'

  is the only person who comes to mind...

  To increase your chances of getting a hearing, I think it would be good to not give them the whole truckload, all at once, like in your original post.

  Just focus on defining, as best you can, your understanding of Leviticus 5:1 and how it relates to the child abuse issues.

  Like how you wrote the first part...

  And if you hit the paragraph space key, a bit more often, it makes it easier to read...

  Mr Flipper, I'm confident that the San Diego court case will bring a change... The judge wasn't standing for any nonsense, started sanctioning them for however many $ per day that they failed to deliver the documents...

  I'm not fully up to date with it.... But heard the lawyer on the BBC World Service programme the other day ... And i think something will come from that...

  Also, the 2 ongoing inquires in the UK... I'm confident there will be a change in the law here too

  I don't get it... If you go to the site, you'll get the good news.. That is of course, if you're interested....

  But that's probably what the problem is...

  Like with Zeb's post...wth?

  It does make me feel like not bothering with this site...

  But then look at the source jwvictims.org.... Not exactly overflowing with comments either....

  I think this is why it has taken so long to get any progress with this... Too many spectators, not enough participants...

  Zeb, are you 'I'm Wordly'... If you are... Thank you.. You gave me the idea for placing the litterature where it belongs...which led to informing members of the public, then the next day, cart witnessing outside a hall...

  Books are not dying out and this is not the reason for the WT turning to tablets

  there's a popular misconception that books in general are in terminal decline, that this is the reason the wt organisation has turned to tablets instead of print, and this in turn has created a financial crisis for the organisation which traditionally relied upon publishing books for income.

  this is wrong on a number of levels.

  firstly physical books are not in terminal decline, they are as popular as ever with consumers.

  Thank you for this, it's increased my belief that the litterature well, is indeed drying up.
  

  ... And therefore, the more litterature that is collected and safely disposed of, the more the general public will be protected and it will also help towards the collapse of the tower...

  Freeing victims and children who are currently trapped and at its mercy...

  sorry about the delay on this, but about a week ago (sunday night?

  ) at 11:30 central daylight savings time in the us, the bbc news service broadcast provided an in-depth discussion of witness policy, law-suits and criminal proceedings in matters of child abuse, logs of incidents not shared with local authorities and disfellowships.

  it was practically the sort of story that many correspondents on this forum have waited years to hear.
